The specific monthly price is based on the number of workstations in the selected room and the desired contract term. Unlike many other providers, everything is included in our price (from infrastructure and beverages to conference room access).
Transparency Note: At Greenlander’s Friends, an office is always rented as a complete unit, including all designated workstations within it. This is how we guarantee the necessary quiet and exclusivity for you and your team.
Can I book a coworking desk by the hour or by the day?
No, we deliberately do not offer hourly or daily bookings for workstations in our coworking space. The minimum rental period at Greenlander’s Friends is one month. We place great value on a constant, focused working atmosphere and a familiar community.
Are on-site viewings possible?
We invite you to come and see our space and the unique atmosphere of the ‘Grönländer’ for yourself. Because we value personal support, we arrange viewing appointments individually via email or through our contact form. At Greenlander’s Friends, you rent at a transparent fixed price with all services already included. In addition to your fully furnished office, you enjoy unlimited access to our high-end infrastructure, featuring synchronous 1000 Mbit fiber-optic internet and a redundant backup line. Use of the large conference room is included in the price, as is a beverage flat rate for premium coffee specialties and water from the Sodastream. We take care of all utilities, daily cleaning of common areas, and your business mailing address, while you enjoy maximum freedom with 24/7 access.
Are the offices suitable for both individuals and teams?
Yes, our concept is specifically designed for both requirements. For individuals, our compact glass-front offices (Space Office) provide the ideal retreat for focused work while remaining part of the community if desired. For growing startups, agencies, or project groups, our spacious private offices (Office Space) offer room for teams of 2 to 6 people. Because we always rent rooms as self-contained units, you will always enjoy your own undisturbed work environment with maximum privacy, regardless of your team size.

We have retrofitted the room combs in the Space Office area. The walls are now all ceiling-high. The wall elevations have been designed in an attractive anthracite gray. Sound insulation and climb-over protection have now been significantly improved. Our conditions in the “Space Office” room category remain discounted.
